This is a new way for DoorDash customers to drive customers to dine in store.

Search a map view of amazing restaurants, explore in-store photos, preview the menu, and get other relevant information to make your in-store experience flawless, including in-store only promotions!


By joining the Going Out program, your restaurant is highlighted in a new, exciting space within the DoorDash app all about in-store.

Today, the program consists of in-store promotions that can be earned and burned on-premise. If you are already running a Marketplace Store Rewards program, this seamlessly connects so that customers can earn and burn their rewards across delivery, pickup, and in store.


1. Customer shows you they redeemed a deal in the app
2. You apply the discount in your POS when they order with you
3. Customers can also check-in by tapping/swiping when they aren't eligible for a discount. This tees them up to unlock more deals and keep coming back

All you need to do is set up a discount button in your POS and apply this when they check out.

We charge zero commission on in-store orders. You own the entire transaction and the ordering experience. You only pay a $1.99 marketing fee when customers redeem a deal in-store. We do not charge for check-ins (when customers check in without a deal to unlock a future reward).

For counter service restaurants: Customers will come in-store with the promotion already on their phone and tap a small NFC tile on your counter to activate their coupon or check-in. Customers will then show their activated coupon to your staff. Your staff will press the corresponding button on the POS to apply the discount directly to the customer’s check.  


For full service restaurants: Customers will come in-store with the promotion already on their phone. Once they’re within the geo-fence of your store, they will swipe to activate their coupon. Customers will then show their activated coupon to your staff. Your staff will press the corresponding button on the POS to apply the discount directly to the customer’s check.

Each week, you’ll also get a customized email with a recap of check-ins and redemptions for that week. You can also find recurring rewards data in your DoorDash Merchant Portal by switching the toggle to "In-Store" on the loyalty tab.

*Zero commission on in-store transactions — you keep the full sale; $1.99 flat fee only when a promo is redeemed (no fee for check-ins without redemption).

To get started, we’ll send you an onboarding kit with all the materials you will need and you'll simply need to set up an in-store promotion on your POS and we'll handle the rest by promoting your store within the DoorDash app.
