Triple Beam Pizza is a Los Angeles-based pizzeria serving up Roman-style, square pizzas in three different sizes. Their rotating menu of eclectic pies includes Acorn Squash, Roasted Mushroom & Shallot, and more.

The challenge: Managing multiple ordering systems

Originally, Triple Beam had two ways for customers to order online: the DoorDash app and directly from their website using an online ordering platform provider other than DoorDash. This meant double the work when adding menu items and fulfilling orders. With multiple stores and plans to expand, the team at Triple Beam also wanted to make it easy for customers to find and order from the right location. Lastly, they wanted to ensure customers could use gift cards for pickup and delivery orders.
